Whitecap is the brainchild of Patrick Galloway, a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Delaware. Patrick has extensive experience in diverse industries including cannabis, hospitality, and commercial fishing.
As a native Delawarean born and raised in the 302, Galloway has an immense love for the Delaware community. Even 'Whitecap', as a name, comes from hours spent on Delaware's beaches and waterways!

At Whitecap Cannabis, our vision is to lead the Delaware Cannabis industry by cultivating indoor hydroponic cannabis. We are currently growing in a small pilot facility in pursuit of building out more of our allowable canopy in the future.
We strive to cultivate high-quality, ethically produced cannabis that enhances the consumption experience through unique flavor profiles, potency, and overall effect.
Our focus is on delivering exceptional products that are rooted in scientific research and environmental control in our facility. We hand select, hand trim, and hand package every flower in order to guarantee only the best goes in our bags. We are not the largest company, but we are aiming to be the finest.
