Our Cultivator and Founder
Whitecap is the brainchild of Patrick Galloway, a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Delaware. Patrick has extensive experience in diverse industries including cannabis, hospitality, and commercial fishing.
With a background in traditional agriculture and hands-on experience in various operational roles, Patrick possesses a well-rounded skill set that blends technical expertise and strategic marketing capabilities.
As a native Delawarean born and raised in the 302, Galloway has an immense love for the Delaware community. Even 'Whitecap', as a name, comes from hours spent on Delaware's beaches and waterways!
